How roles work in NordFleet
Owner
Full access to fleet, bookings, pricing and documents, plus company settings and team management. Owners add and remove users and change their roles.
Manager
Everything agents can do, plus deleting records, cancelling or reactivating rentals, and managing the booking API keys. Ideal for an operations lead or station manager.
Rental Agent
Day-to-day counter work: reservations, rentals, returns and driver records, plus vehicles, extras and rates. No access to company settings or the team.
Fleet Agent
Vehicle upkeep: maintenance, insurance policies, fuel logs and vehicle records, without access to the reservations, rentals or fleet chart screens.
Viewer
Read-only access to fleet data, bookings and the dashboard, with PDF downloads. Useful for accountants, partners or co-owners who need visibility without editing.
Unlimited Users
Add as many team members as you need on any plan, including the free plan. Growing your team never increases your NordFleet bill.

How many users can I add?
As many as you need. Every plan, including the free plan, has unlimited users, because NordFleet is priced per vehicle, never per user.
How do I add a team member?
The owner adds each person with their email address, a role and a temporary password. They choose their own password the first time they sign in, and the owner can change their role or remove them at any time.
Can I give my accountant read-only access?
Yes. The Viewer role can see bookings, fleet records and the dashboard and download PDFs, but can't create, edit or delete anything.
