Store the provider, policy number, type, start and end dates, premium, deductible and coverage amount for every vehicle. Policies ending within 30 days are flagged as expiring.
Fuel Logs
Log every fill-up with the quantity, cost and odometer reading. The odometer reading updates the vehicle's mileage automatically.
Vehicle Status
Cars switch between available and rented automatically as rentals start and end, and the dashboard shows how many are available and how many are rented.

Fleet agents, managers and owners can add and edit these records, and only managers and owners can delete them. Viewers can read them, and rental agents can't open them.
Can a car have more than one insurance policy?
Yes. Every policy is linked to one vehicle, and a car can have several, such as third-party and comprehensive cover, each with its own provider, dates, premium and deductible.
How do I know when an insurance policy is about to expire?
Active policies that end within the next 30 days are marked Expiring in the insurance list, so renewals stand out before a policy lapses.
